# Clarifying questions

Ask only the questions that materially change the plan.

Default question set:

1. What exact outcome should exist when this project is "done"?
2. Who is the primary user/audience and who owns final decisions?
3. Is this prototype, internal tool, public product, business platform or
   production service?
4. What data will it handle: public, personal, client, payment, health, legal
   or confidential?
5. Where should it run: local only, GitHub Pages/Vercel/Cloudflare, VPS,
   Proxmox/staging, mobile app, desktop app or other?
6. What must not be done yet: payments, providers, public DNS, real users,
   legal claims, automation, scraping, AI actions?
7. What is the smallest useful first version and how will we test it?

Existing business / client-site questions:

Default assumptions unless Marius says otherwise:

- Use the original public business name.
- Demo languages: Romanian primary, then Dutch, French and English.
- For private demos, use public business photos/logos directly from Facebook,
  the business website or public listings when available.
- Use KBO/public registries for legal identity and business details.
- Keep v1 without online orders, payments, newsletters or other official
  external actions.

1. Does the company already exist? If yes: exact name, city/region, website,
   Google listing, Facebook/Instagram links and public registry/VAT hints.
2. Which current contact/product details are missing or uncertain?
3. Does Marius want any action beyond call/WhatsApp/directions for this demo?
4. Are there sector rules to check first, such as food/allergens, privacy,
   cookies, accessibility or distance selling?

Worker/runtime questions:

1. Can this stay local plus Vercel/managed preview, or does it need an
   always-on internal service?
2. If it needs infrastructure, is a Proxmox LXC container enough, or does it
   need a VM for isolation, OS/kernel services, risky dependencies or client
   data separation?
3. Should the remote iMac be used for public browser/social research,
   screenshots, UI testing or heavier build/test work?

Standing Proxmox approval:

- Marius does not want to be asked for each private sandbox container/VM when
  the project plan justifies it and the capacity gate passes.
- Ask only if the capacity gate blocks, resource requirements exceed safe caps,
  Proxmox health is unclear, public exposure is needed, or the action changes
  existing guests/destructive infrastructure.
